Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spce and related websites, products, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Spce, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Spce on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Service
Spce lets you create a personal or brand link page, customize its appearance, publish it at a Spce subdomain or path URL, and view basic click analytics. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use
- Usernames are allocated first-come, first-served and may be reclaimed if inactive, abusive, or reserved
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Spce (“Your Content”). You grant Spce a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and promote the Service (for example, showing your public page).
You represent that you have all rights needed to post Your Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Spce for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Post malware, phishing, scam offers, or deceptive content
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others, or post hate or exploitative content
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security of Spce or related systems
- Scrape, spam, or automate access in ways that harm the Service
- Impersonate others or claim affiliations you do not have
- Use reserved or misleading usernames (including trademarks you do not own) in bad faith
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or reclaim usernames that violate these Terms or create risk for users or Spce.
Public pages
When you publish a Spce page, it becomes publicly accessible via its URL or subdomain. You are responsible for what you publish and for any links you include. Spce does not control third-party websites linked from your page.
Intellectual property
Spce, including its branding, software, and design, is owned by Spce and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or code except as needed to use the Service.
Third-party services
Spce relies on third-party services (including Clerk for authentication and hosting providers). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for outages or actions outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPCE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SPCE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Spce against claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Spce at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use Spce ends, and we may delete or disable your account and content subject to our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using Spce.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, except where prohibited.
