Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Overview
Spce (“Spce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides link-in-bio pages at yourname.spce.site and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using Spce, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects information such as your email address, name, username, profile photo (if you provide one), and sign-in details. We store a reference to your Clerk user ID and email so we can operate your Spce account.
Profile content. Content you add to your Spce page — including display name, bio, avatar, links, social URLs, theme settings, contact details, and related media — is stored so we can show your page and let you edit it.
Usage and analytics. When someone clicks a link on a published Spce page, we may record basic click events (for example, which link was clicked and when) so you can view simple analytics in your dashboard. We may also collect standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) from our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Communications. If you contact us, we keep the information you send so we can respond.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate you and secure accounts
- Host and publish your Spce pages as you configure them
- Show you dashboard analytics about link clicks
- Detect abuse, spam, fraud, and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run Spce, including with:
- Clerk — authentication and account management
- Neon / database providers — storing account and profile data
- Vercel — hosting, edge delivery, and optional file storage
- Service providers who help us operate Spce under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security
Content you publish on a Spce page is public by design once published. Anyone with the link or subdomain can view it.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers (including Clerk) use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the Service, and remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.
Data retention
We keep account and profile data while your account is active. Click analytics and logs may be retained for a limited period for product and security purposes. If you delete your account or ask us to remove data, we will delete or anonymize personal data except where we must retain it for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Your choices
- Update profile content anytime in your dashboard
- Unpublish your page to stop public access
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us
- Manage authentication preferences through your Clerk account settings where available
Children
Spce is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
International users
Spce may be hosted and processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Spce after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
